Not every project requires multiple site visits. Our remote garden design service allows us to create a personalised design for your entire garden using photographs, videos, measurements and online consultations.

How It Works

1. Initial Enquiry

Get in touch by email to discuss your project, your goals and your budget.

We’ll explain the process and answer any questions before you decide to proceed.

2. Share Your Garden

We’ll ask you to provide:

  • Photographs of your garden
  • Short walk-through videos
  • Basic measurements
  • A simple sketch or site plan (if available)

We’ll guide you on exactly what we need, so you don’t need any previous experience.

3. Video Consultation

We’ll arrange a video call to discuss:

  • How you want to use your garden
  • Your preferred style
  • Plants you love (or dislike)
  • Maintenance requirements
  • Budget
  • Any practical challenges

This helps us understand how your garden should work for you.

4. Design Development

Using everything you’ve shared, we’ll prepare your bespoke garden design.
